Bike Trip San juan Islands 2009
My first bike trip. Sept 2009
A good friend of mine asked if I wanted to go on a three day bike trip, with a group of ladies through the San Juan Islands. I was nerves about the idea, but was up for the new adventure. Ken bought me a new bike for my birthday, so I just had to get the other gear that would be needed to carry all of my camping and personal items on my bike with me. I was a little nerves because I had never done any thing like this before. But I really wanted to do it. It was a great experience and I had a wonderful time. I road with about 50 pounds on my bike, (I tried to pack light, but could not leave my pillow behind), we biked around 50 miles over the three days, saw a lot of two of the islands and ate a lot of great food, (that we did not have to fix). We are planning on doing it again this year.

Christmas 2009
We had a great Christmas this year. It was wonderful to have Chelsie home. You can see from the pictures that she is wearing a new necklace. Yes she broke her neck snowboarding just before she come home. She was very blessed it could of been a lot worse.
